Subject: feat(darwin): package the turso.tech cloud CLI

nixpkgs' `turso` is the database engine (tursodb), not the cloud CLI, and
upstream only ships the CLI via a Homebrew tap whose sqld dependency tap
is broken. Unpack the same GoReleaser tarball instead.
